摘要 FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves assembling separate parts by connecting them through spurs and connecting rods by shaft-opening system; providing jamming of threaded surfaces made on spur and connecting rod ends. Jamming is effectuated by pressing through threaded surface made in openings of split cheeks which are tightened by pinch bolts. Thread jamming of spurs and connecting rods impart rigidity to crankshaft to eliminate occurrence of internal stresses between parts to be joined, when thermal and mechanical loads of alternating signs act upon these parts. As a result geometrical sizes (coaxial and parallel arrangement of spurs and connecting rods) under extreme working conditions of crankshaft. Simplified assembly process allows supports to be provided with closed slider bearings having independent lubrication system. EFFECT: simplified manufacture, reduced consumption of lubricant, prolonged service life of crankshaft without mid-life repairs, reduced production cost and enhanced environment control. 6 cl, 2 dwg
