PURPOSE: To provide a thin guide sign which can be illuminated at night. CONSTITUTION: A laminated layer of a name plat 1 and a light guide plate 2 are housed in a frame case. A lamp 4 is installed close to the upper end surface of the light guide plate 2. The name plate 1 is marked with the name of a spot or the next spot, at which a traffic signal mechanism is set up, on a light permeable plate surface. The light guide plate 2 is installed attached with a vehicle illuminating apparatus of the traffic signal mechanism and displays the name plate 1 inside a frame 9 by lighting up a lamp 4 at night. A fluorescent light is used for the lamp 4, which makes it possible to reduce the thickness of the internal illuminating sign. |
