PURPOSE: To provide a method for easily originating an original plate and a printing intaglio by synthesizing and converting a container gauge and a document. CONSTITUTION: A basic gauge made on a two-dimensional plane is printed on the surface of a container-(a) via a pad, and a deformed gauge printed on the surface of the container (a) and deformed by the configuration of the container (a) or by the elongation or deflection of the pad, etc., is sampled into a computer 3 as three-dimensional data by means of cameras 1, 2, and the deformed gauge consisting of the three-dimensional data is subjected to image processing and developing to originate a container gauge that is a two-dimensional image. An original image is input to the computer 3 and synthesized in the desired region of the container gauge, and the container gauge with which the synthesized original image has been integrated is converted so as to coincide with the basic gauge, and a document for printing a pad for use exclusively with the container is originated by deformation of the original image, and an image density from the document originated by this method and used for printing the pad for use exclusively with the container is displayed and a set of numerous microholes corresponding to the density is formed on the surface of an original plate by laser machining to originate an intaglio for printing the pad for use exclusively with the container. |
