摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a heat resistant material excellent in stress relieving characteristics and migration resistance at high temp. CONSTITUTION: This heat resistant material is essentially a Cu alloy consisting of 28-37wt.% Zn, 0.3-2.0wt.% Sn and the balance essentially Cu, contg. <50ppm Al, <50ppm Fe, <50ppm Ni and <50ppm P as impurity elements and preferably having 10-30μm grain size.
