PURPOSE: To provide a pseudo rock panel which eliminates artificial feeling, represents a surface of a natural rock correctly, and fits a surrounding view, and a method for manufacturing the panel. CONSTITUTION: A pseudo rock panel 12 consists of two layers having different compositions: a surface layer 10 and a reinforcing layer 11. The surface layer 10 has a thickness of 2-4mm formed by spraying a mixture of cement, resin, short chop fiber, sand and pigment with a gun on a mold formed out of a natural rock. The reinforcing layer 11 has a thickness of 8-17mm formed by spraying a mixture of cement, resin, chopped fiber whose length is longer than that of the chop fiber, and sand whose grain diameter is larger than that of the surface layer with the gun on the surface layer. |
