PURPOSE: To remarkably reduce operating labor and time related to a cell originating operation from a terminal other then an own portable telephone set to a called party stored and held in the portable telephone set. CONSTITUTION: This portable telephone set 10 is equipped with a memory part 11 which stores and holds the telephone number, a call originating part 14 which performs a call originating operation based on the telephone number, and a control part 19 which reads out the telephone number related to a call from the memory part 11 in response to the alternate call originating command from an alternate call operating part 18, and converts a read out telephone number to a PB tone signal via a PB tone signal sending part 15, and outputs a converted PB tone signal in voice from a loudspeaker 16, and sends out the PB tone signal outputted in voice from the transmission part of a wired telephone set other than the portable telephone set 10 to an exchange which houses the wired telephone set, and also, sends out a call inhibition command to inhibit the call originating operation related to the telephone number to the call originating part 14. |
