FIELD: traumatology applicable in treatment of fractures of long tubular bones in perosseous osteosynthesis. SUBSTANCE: method for prognostication of the process of knitting consolidation of long tubular bones in perosseous osteosynthesis includes determination in patient's unit of blood of the number of monocytes, lymphosytes, neutrophils and zozinophils in one, seven and fourteen days after injury; consideration of the fact of application in the treatment after osteosynthesis of pulse complex-modulated electromagnetic field, and discriminant function is computed on the basis of revealed factors by the formula given in the invention description. Should discriminant function exceed 0, favorable process of fracture consolidation is prognosticated, and if it is equal to or less than 0, unfavorable process of consolidation is prognosticated. EFFECT: prevented complications in the treatment of bone fractures due to early detection of the patients with unfavorable reparative process. |
