SUBSTANCE: method, comprising successive pass-by-pass bending-up of members of a strip blank with formation of web and flanges of a section, also includes steps of sustaining edges of flanges of a cross section, being formed, at a level of their formation over all passes and maintaining a crossing point of a mean line along a thickness of the web and the forming level on a lengthwise axis of profiling process. EFFECT: enhanced quality of Z-shaped sections due to their ameliorated geometry. |
