PURPOSE: To prevent the contamination and deterioration of an electrical constitutional element by perfectly shielding the electrical constitutional element from ambient atmosphere in a method for molding the electrical constitutional element within an associated plastic housing to form an one-piece finished part. CONSTITUTION: An electrical constitutional element 12, the connection part between the electrical constitutional element 12 and a plastic housing and the joint between the pre-molded and post-molded constitutional elements 14, 16 of the plastic housing are constituted and arranged so as to be shielded from ambient atmosphere. As a result, the electrical constitutional element 12 is protected from contamination and deterioration.
