摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a seat pad material incorporated in a seat cover by molding the seat pad material from a single polyurethane blend, by forming parts having different hardnesses, rigidities and repulsive resiliencies, in the seat pad material. CONSTITUTION: In addition to a blend factor, as a shape design factor, a shape is modified into a shape in which a seat is curved in the Z-axial direction by a displacementδwhich is obtained in consideration with a required reaction force, from a normally required design shape so that the repulsive resiliency is satisfactory only at the periphery of the center of a seating part, in order to obtain a bottomless mold article. An auxiliary material (coarse felt) is used for reinforcement for contact of springs, in polyurethane foam, and a die in which a bent pole is provided, is used in order to impregnate the urethane foam with the auxiliary material. Thus, the urethane foam automatically has a reaction force in view of its structure, and accordingly, it is possible to enhance the hardness and the flexibility of the seat.
