<p>PURPOSE: To lighten the burden on an operator by moving the position of a painter only by placing a palm, an elbow, etc., on an operation part and putting the operator's weight in the direction where the pointer desired to be moved, and then slanting the operation part. CONSTITUTION: A position is specified by slanting a disk 2 around a support rack 12, and then the slanting direction as a moving direction and the slanting quantity as the moving speed of the pointer are transmitted as signals to a computer. Namely, one or two pressure detectors among pressure detectors arranged above and blow and on the right and left sides of the support frame 12 detect the tilt of the disk 2 as pressure at the same time, and the movement quantity is calculated by a controller and converted into the same signal with the conventional case wherein a mouse is operated and sent to the computer main body. Consequently, the operability to unhandicapped persons is improved and even physically handicapped people and the aged can easily operate the device.</p> |
