The molded product is prepared by (A) forming honeycomb foam (10) by charging and foaming phenolic resin or phenoxy resin, and foaming agent into the honeycomb (12) ; (B) coating a mixed resinous concrete paste (20) of acrylic emulsion onto the both sides of the honeycomb foam (10) and placing sheets (30) thereon ; (C) doping the sheets (30) with a concrete composition of aggregates, sand, cement and water ; and (D) aging the laminate into a monolith in the ambient or heated atmosphere.
