PURPOSE: To provide the graphic processor which can determine a desired surface of a three-dimensional figure to be specified with good operation efficiency by selecting one ridge line which belongs to a desired surface to be specified and moving a cursor on the desired surface. CONSTITUTION: The graphic processor consists of a buffer means 11 which stores one ridge line 16 belonging to the desired surface to be specified and the coordinate position of the cursor moved on the desired surface, a gravity center calculating means 12 which calculates the center of gravity of two candidate surface 17 that the ridge line 16 stored in the buffer means 11 belongs to, a vector calculating means 13 which calculates the unit vectors of the coordinate position and the center of gravity, and a sequencing means 14 which calculates the inner product of the unit vectors of the coordinate position and the center of gravity and selects candidate surface 17 having center of gravity whose inner product is close to 1 and sequences them. |
