PURPOSE: To provide a production instructing device which can be universally applied to the production lines of various production types such as a planned production type, an after-supply production type, etc. CONSTITUTION: When one of such production types as a planned production type or an after-supply production type (or an in-process pattern), etc., is designated, a circuit is started for production of a production order plan of the designated production type. Thus the production order plan is made in consideration of the data written through the production site sides such as a shipment result file 30, an in-process result file 32, etc., and various production in-process conditions which are written in an equalization condition file 52, a limitation condition file 54, etc. Then a production in-process instruction is given to the production site in response to each designated production type. |
