PURPOSE: To obtain lipid vesicles having excellent tolerance to the skin and useful for a cosmetic base by containing a covering surrounding a core having a specific average size and comprising exogenous lipids and lipophilic substances and consisting of proteins and phospholipids of oily plant seeds. CONSTITUTION: The objective lipid vesicles containing a covering consisting of proteins and/or phospholipids surrounding a core having an average size of 0.1-20 μm and consisting of exogenous lipids and/or exogenous lipophilic substances, and presenting in the oily bodies of the seeds of oleaginous plants are obtained by crushing oily lump, etc., of peanuts by using a wind mill crusher, etc., adding a vegetable oil to the resultant crushed substance, kneading the whole until obtaining a uniform paste in a vacuum at a room temperature, adding water to the resultant paste, violently stirring in a colloid stirrer made to the maximum rotating rate at a room temperature and in a vacuum, filtering the resultant substance by passing through a sieve and occasionally subjecting a filtered substance to centrifuge when it is a very fluidized emulsion. |
