Expression cassette for the production and secretion of a Toxoplasma gondii P30 protein in a non-mammal cell, a vector, a cell comprising it and the antibodies capable of being produced. The invention also concerns a method for the preparation of the P30 protein, a method for the detection of anti-toxoplasma antibodies or the P30 protein, the corresponding reagents and a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment or prevention of a Toxoplasma gondii infection.
