a calcination region(3a, 3b, 3c) for preheating and calcination cement material by stages, which is diverged to at least two or more parts; means(6) for inducing the heat treated cement material and an effluent gas to at least one lowest cyclone(C1, C1'), the means being installed on the calcination region; means(5) for introducing a high temperature air for combustion being discharged to be separated from cooling means of a clinker, the means being installed below the calcination region(3c); means(4a, ab, ac) for inducing a high temperature effluent gas of a rotating furnace containing cement material to the calcination region(3a, 3b, 3c), which is diverged to at least two or more parts ; means(4) for transferring the effluent gas being discharged from a rotating baking furnace, which is communicated with the diverged means(4a, 4b, 4c). The apparatus increases combustion efficiency of furnaces.
