The compressor has a stationary spiral section (4) with side plate (4a) and spiral toothed part (4c), located in a housing (1,2). It also has a moveable spiral section (3) with side plate (3a) and spiral toothed part (3c). The moveable section is positioned, so that the toothed part mesh which each other, while a phase differential between the two is created.The moveable spiral section is turned by a crankshaft (5). An anti-turning device prevents turning past a set part of the moveable spiral section, while permitting orbital movement of the section only. The compressor also has a part to supply a preset torque intensity to the moveable section.
