COPPER BLOCK FOR HEAT SINK AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a Cu block for a heat sink allowing it to improve brazing workability and to suppress generation of pin holes during brazing and to improve accuracy in brazing position together with a manufacturing method thereof. CONSTITUTION:This is a Cu block for a heat sink clad with an Ag brazing material on one side of it. And this is a manufacturing method of the Cu block for the heat sink where a Cu round wire is processed into a Cu square wire, further, one face in the length direction of this Cu square wire is clad with an Ag solder tape having the same width, next this cu square wire with Ag solder is cut into a prescribed length.
