PURPOSE:To eliminate the failure of the taking of a measurement value into a data storing area, by so storing in the data storing areas every fixed period the measurement values of both the generative electric energies of power supplies and the feeder electric energies to loads that the measurement values are taken in succession into the data storing area for the last time value and into the storing area for the present time value, and by providing the program whereby deficient electric energies are computed from the measurement values stored in the data storing area for the last time value when abnormalities are generated in the power supplies. CONSTITUTION:A commercial power system is connected with a bus 3 via a transformer 6, and private power generators 11, 12 are connected with the bus 3 via breakers 21, 22 and electric-energy measuring instruments 81, 82. Also, loads 51-5N are connected with the bus 3 via breakers 41-4N for feeders and electric-energy measuring instruments 91-9N. In a sequencer 7, analog quantities obtained from various measuring instruments and digital quantities representing the operational states of switches are stored respectively every fixed period. Further, the data storing area of the sequencer 7 is divided into the two data storing areas both for the last time and for the present time, and every inputting of a new data it is stored in the data storing area for the present time, while the present data which have been stored in the data storing area for the present time are transcribed in the data storing area for the last time. When a fault is generated, the data whereby the breakers are to be broken are determined based on the data stored in the data storing area for the last time. Thereby, the appropriate operation of an equipment for selecting/disconnecting the load is performed. |
