发明名称 RUTHENIUM-BASED CATALYST CAPABLE OF RECOVERING
摘要 PURPOSE:To regenerate a catalyst used for the production of cycloolefins by a prescribed method and to improve the regeneration effect by immersing the catalyst and mixing for a specified time to wash the catalyst with water till the concn. of metal ions in the water is decreased to specified ppm or lower. CONSTITUTION:A ruthenium catalyst is used to produce cycloolefins by partially hydrogenating monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbon in the presence of water and metallic salt in a liquid phase. To the used ruthenium catalyst, pure water is added by 30 times as much and stirred for one hour to sufficiently mix. Then the catalyst is washed with water till the concn. of metal salt in the washing water in a substantially equilibrium state becomes <=100ppm, more preferably <=10ppm. The washing method is not limited, and for example, a procedure to add an enough amt. of water with pH 6 to 8, mix, filter and then add new pure water is repeated.
