PURPOSE: To offer a syringe for dosing a determinate quantity of viscous work material, especially a dental work material. CONSTITUTION: The syringe is provided with a bearing divided at least once into bearing parts 7 in the axis direction of a threaded rod 4'. The bearing parts 7 are separated from each other at a distance and is separated at a distance from the threaded rod 4' by at least one expansion member.
