Rottable moulded prods., esp. rottable plant pots

Rottable moulded prods. (I) based on natural vegetable or animal fibres are claimed, esp. rottable plant pots. (I) contain (w.r.t. dry substance (DS) 90-50 wt.% fibres (II) and 1-50 wt.% potato pulp (III) which has been pretreated with enzymes which affect its fibre structure or mechanically pretreated to reduce its particle size to below 350 microns. Also claimed are processes for the prodn. of (I), and a process for the pretreatment of (III) (see below).
