<p>PURPOSE:To provide an electric current sensor which does not generate much heat, is stable against the temperature and time, and can measure an electric current even when the current is very small or a direct current, and then, can be easily reduced in size. CONSTITUTION:An electric current sensor is constituted of one magnetic core 4 composed of a soft magnetic film, primary coil 1 which makes an alternating current to flow to excite the magnetic core 4 by impressing a prescribed magnetic field upon the core 4, secondary coil 2 which makes an electric current to be detected to flow, ternary coil 3 which is electrically insulated from the coils 1 and 2, and a detector 30 which detects the voltage induced across the ternary coil 3.</p> |
