PURPOSE:To connect power emitter terminals on one side with power collector terminals on the other side without allowing the wires connecting them to intersect each other by arranging the power emitter and collector terminals at the same distance by using power elements on which power terminals are mounted at facing positions so that they become adjacent to each other. CONSTITUTION:In an H-shaped inverter bridge for driving DC motor utilizing power elements, the emitter terminals 2 of power elements 11 and 13 are respectively connected to the collector terminals 1 of power elements 12 and 14 through bus bars 31 and 32. The bus bars are composed of copper plates, etc., so as to reduce the wiring inductance. In addition, the collector terminals 1 of the elements 11 and 13 are connected to each other through a buss bar 35 and the emitter terminals 2 of the elements 12 and 14 are connected to each other through a bus bar 36. Since the power collector and emitter terminals 1 and 2 are arranged at the same distance from drive terminals 3 and 4 on the opposite side, drive wiring and power wiring do not intersect each other. |
