This invention relates to an antistatic mat (11), for example, a chair mat used for computer operation, a floor mat to be used at a room door, in an elevator or in front of an elevator door, and a car floor mat, and more particularly relates to an antistatic mat (11) which is capable of instantly discharging any static electricity charged on a human body, removing a disagreeable sensation which is occasionally generated by discharging such a static electricity.
