Drying device of the type with a fan 1 which is connected to a flow-regulating valve 2 by means of which the flow of air is applied to a heating element 5 which provides the drying air, and whose object is to allow regulation of the temperature which is suitable for each moment and also the drying time, for which purpose it is characterized in that the heating element 5 is connected to an all-nothing automatic valve 6 by means of which the air is applied onto the product to be dried. It has a control circuit 11 connected to a linear motor 9 which moves an arm 14 which supports a balance 10, connected to the control system 1, for measuring the actual weight of the product to be dried, determining the water content thereof, given that a weighing operation gives rise to cutting-off of the all-nothing automatic valve 6, preventing the passage of air to the chamber and destabilizations of the basket 8 during weighing being prevented. The control circuit 11 is connected to a temperature probe 7, to a digital anemometer 4 and to a digital hydrometer, in order to obtain the remaining parameters involved in the drying process. <IMAGE>
