The device comprises an absorption part (20), a seperation part (30), a collection part (40), an exhaustion part (50), and a circulation part (60). The absorption part has the injected water absorbing the particles in harmful-gas. The seperation part rotates a drum (32) to attach the particles in the water to the drum's face. The collection part moves the particles on the face to the collection box. The exhaustion part has a filter taking the water from the exhaustgas. And the circulation part has a pump (62) and a cooling device (70).
