<p>PURPOSE:To protect a cable in cable construction from dislocation or a gap at the bottom part when a sleeve is connected by clamping to an inserted cable. CONSTITUTION:A stationary arm 2 and a working arm 5 are provided at each side end of a shaft 1. The both side faces of a piece (S) to be compressed is held by these arms 2 and 5 so that the middle part is compressed. The working arm 3 is mounted through a top member 3 on the shaft 1, and the top member 3 is fixed with a wing bolt 4. The working arm 5 is mounted pivotally with a pin 6 on a fin plate 3a of the top member 3, in which the locking range thereof is limited by a fitted state between a pin 7 and a circular groove 5a in the working arm 5. In addition, the working arm 5 is always pushed toward the stationary arm 2 with a spring 8 so that the thrust of extension in the elongated direction can be attenuated by the spring 8 when the piece (S) is compressed.</p> |
