A three-dimensional measurement arrangement for inaccessible cavities (for example sewers) has a light source and a camera mounted on an inspection head or support. A structured light source is used. The camera and the structured light source have a common inlet or outlet and an at least partially common optical axis or at least partially parallel axes in front of the inlet or outlet. The distance between the axes is substantially smaller than the distance (a) between the point of origin of the pattern and the main plane of the camera objective at the side of the object.
