PURPOSE:To smoothly perform terminal cutting by coupling and connecting round bar terminals or sheet-like thick terminals to top ends of sheet-like thin terminals of electronic components at proper intervals by means of solder bridges. CONSTITUTION:Round bar terminals 3 are coupled and connected to top ends of sheet-like thin terminals 2 of a two-terminal type ceramic filter 1 by solder bridges 4. The top ends of the round bar terminals 3 are set on a radial taping sheet 5, and an adhesive tape 5a is stuck onto this sheet 5 to fix the top ends of the round bar terminals to the sheet 5. By this method, the portions of the solder bridges 4 can be terminal-cut in a good condition by mounting equipment; therefore the practical mounting to a wiring board can smoothly be performed after terminal cutting. Since the terminal cutting is carried out at the portions of the solder bridges in such a manner, no difference in level in the part side terminals is caused after terminal cutting by the mounting equipment, and the terminals can smoothly be mounted to the wiring board. |
