The object of the present invention is to provide an exhaust tail pipe including a front perforated pipe with an exhaust silencer engine or exhaust muffler. The front pipe, which introduces outside air, was enclosed by an outer pipe on the outside. A central pipe was connected to a rear part of the front pipe and the inside of the outer pipe arranged and each perforated helical plate forming the multiple vortex was fixed between the central pipe and the outer pipe. And each vortical plate fixes the rear part of the front pipe between the outer pipe and the central pipe and was thereby relieved by the exhaust engine. The pressure of a partial exhaust gas flow is reduced by ducting outside cooling air and the pressure of residual gas flow further reduced, and since the gas flow had performed a vortex flow due to the vortical perforated plates, draws the exhaust gases in the pipe outlet strongly outwards.
