Disclosed are a busbar for an electric vehicle battery and a busbar manufacturing method. More specifically, the method of manufacturing an electrical connection means having one or more battery terminal connection units including a through-hole therein, a busbar for an electric vehicle battery, according to an example embodiment, comprises: forming a plurality of battery connection units by removing a through-hole portion and a predetermined portion positioned at an outer side of the battery terminal connection units from a metallic plate; masking the other portions except the battery connection units and the predetermined portion; plating the battery connection units; and forming the other portions except the battery connection units of the busbar. Thus, it is possible to shorten manufacturing throughput time by performing plating after forming battery terminal connection units on the metallic plate.
