PURPOSE:To preclude drop of the compression efficiency of the oil pressure and eliminate risk of impairing of the pump discharging function by preventing buildup of air deposit in an oil path hole provided in a backup plate. CONSTITUTION:The internal space of a pump body 1 is partitioned by a diaphragm 8 airtightly into an oil working chamber 11 and a pumping chamber 12, and a backup plate 9 to restrict the displacement of the diaphragm 8 is installed in the oil working chamber 11, and a plunger 7 is inserted in a cylinder 6 installed in continuity to the oil working chamber 11 in such a way as capable of reciprocative motions, wherein an oil refilling port 21 is provided at the side wall of this cylinder 6, and transport flow-paths 15, 18 are connected with the pumping chamber 12. An oil path hole 26 formed in the backup plate 9 is inclined so that the top of the oil working chamber 11 side opening lies always above the top of the pumping chamber 12 side opening. |
