<p>PURPOSE:To easily handle a dispense head mounted to a beverage supply source and a beverage feeding circuit, consisting of a downstream beverage hose, a beverage cooling pipe, a pouring cock, etc., requiring cleaning and sterilization, readily clean the beverage feeding circuit and prevent the deterioration of the taste of the beverage so as to pour out a tasty beverage. CONSTITUTION:A beverage feeding circuit unit 210 is formed integrally with a beverage feeding circuit 200 in contact with beverage, i.e., a dispense head 8 mounted to a beverage container 7, a beverage hose 6, a beverage cooling pipe 3 and a pouring cock 5. The beverage feeding circuit unit 210 is so constructed as to be freely attachable to and detachable from a device body 50. In a case where the beverage feeding circuit unit 210 is contaminated with the various bacteria growing due to their entry into the beverage feeding circuit 200 upon pouring out the beverage and with tartar deposits, the beverage feeding circuit unit 210 is detached from the device body 50 and the replacement unit 210 previously cleaned and sterilized can be placed back in position.</p> |
