PURPOSE:To shorten injection time of electrolyte without deteriorating performance of an electrochemical device by containing salt of alkaline metal or alkaline earth metal having specific bonding and an organic substitutional group of the carbon number in an electrode as the second electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:Salt of alkaline metal or alkaline earth metal having (-SO2-) bonding or (-CO-) bonding and an organic substitutional group of the carbon number 2-15 is contained in an electrode as the second electrolyte of electrolytic solution of an electrochemical device such as an organic electrolyte battery. The second electrolyte is used to heighten permeability of electrolyte, and particularly, it is preferable to be LiC6F13SO3 or the like, and not only Li salt but also salt of the alkaline metal such as K or Na or the alkaline earth metal such as Ca and Mg can be used. The bonding is to improve solubility or conductivity when it is dissolved into organic solvent, and the carbon number is put within a range where permeability of electrolyte becomes best. |
