PURPOSE:To attain high speed frequency hopping even when a frequency spread band width is broad. CONSTITUTION:The transmitter is provided with a direct digital synthesizer 12 applying high speed hopping the inside of a split band according to a hopping pattern from a frequency hopping pattern generator 11 and generating a carrier signal, phase locked loop frequency synthesizers 14, 15, a high frequency switch 16 selecting each frequency synthesizer, a frequency mixer 17 receiving the carrier signal from the digital synthesizer and the frequency signal selected by the high frequency signal to provide the frequency signal of the sum or subtraction of both signals, and a CPU 13 recognizing a change in a hopping pattern, setting sequentially an optional oscillated frequency to each frequency synthesizer and allowing the high frequency switch to select each frequency synthesizer in response to the frequency setting value. |
