摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To efficiently regenerate filters by effectively utilizing the difference of ventilation resistance and the difference of exhaust gas flow rate to be generated in regeneration of the filters. CONSTITUTION:Filters 11, 12 are arranged in parallel with each other in a first container 10, while filters 21, 22 are arranged in parallel with each other in a second container 20. Concerning the order of regeneration of the filters, the filters 11, 12 in the first container are subsequently regenerated by closing a first opening/closing valve 30, and then the filters 21, 22 in the second container are subsequently regenerated by opening the first opening/closing valve 30 and also closing a second opening/closing valve 40. At this time, the ventilation resistance of the filters previously regenerated is decreased by the regeneration, and the exhaust gas flow rate to flow in the filters to be regenerated later is subsequently decreased. Therefore, since exhaust gas to pass the filters to be regenerated later is decreased and the quantity of heat to be taken away by the exhaust is subsequently decreased, the power consumption of regenerating electric heaters 11a, 12a, 21a, 22a can be decreased in order of the regeneration.</p>
