The auxiliary travelling apparatus includes a rotation member coupled to concentric recesses in which a shaft pin is provided on one side of a gear to control the restoring force of a spring forcibly wound by a chain gear and returning by its own resilient force, and a force transmission member in which the chain is engaged with the chain gear by a transmission member coupled to the axle of the rear wheel so that force is transmitted to the gear and chain gear.
