<p>PURPOSE:To provide an induction heated steam generator of high efficiency and a small or micro size, capable of continuous, intermittent and idle operations by using an AC. CONSTITUTION:When a low frequency AC of 50 or 60Hz, for example, is supplied to an electric wire 3 and coils 4a, 4b, a magnetic flux flows in a closed magnetic circuit constituted of two leg iron cores 2a, 2b, a heater 1 and a yoke core 5. The flow of the magnetic flux generates Joule heat inside the heater 1. When liquid such as water is supplied to a fluid supply port 6 of the heater 1, the water is heated in the hollow portion to be turned into steam, which can be taken out of a steam taking-out port 7.</p> |
