CONSTITUTION:The present invention comprises a photodiode 1, a shaded p-n junction diode 2 formed similar to the photodiode 1, current amplification means 3 for multiplying a reverse saturation current of the p-n Junction diode 2 by the ratio of similitude of the photodiode 1 to the p-n junction diode 2, and output means 4 for subtracting a current amplified by this current amplification means 3 from a generating current of the photodiode 1 and outputting it.
