<p>The building material is composed of 690-740 kg/m3 brick chips with a particle size of 0-8 mm, 400-440 kg/m3 river sand with a particle size of 0-4 mm, 50-80 kg/m3 fine sand with a particle size of 0-1 mm, 400-430 kg/m3 cement, together with water and other chemical additives to improve aeration, plasticity and rheological characteristics. The required volume of brick chips is soaked in water until saturated. The river sand, fine sand and cement are added, and the mixture is stirred. Further water is added, together with an additive to increase aeration, and other additives to maintain the plasticity of the freshly-mixed mass and the physical qualities of the hardened material. USE/ADVANTAGE - The material is for prefabricated constructions, as prefabricated cladding, insulation and decorative applications, for residential buildings.
