PURPOSE:To manufacture an ink cartridge for a ball-point pen which is provided with an ink back-flow preventive mechanism easily at a low cost without adding a processing to the tip itself. CONSTITUTION:The foremost tip 2 is installed within a tip holder 3 which is connected with an ink containing tube 1, and a valve sat 6 which has an ink introducing opening 5 which communicates with the inside of the ink containing tube 1 and has a diameter smaller than an ink passage 4 is provided, and a regulating part 8 which regulates free play of a ball 7 within the ink passage 4 at an appropriate distance from the valve seat 6 is provided, and a valve chamber 9 is formed between the regulating part 8 and the valve seat 6, and the ball 7 is inserted into the valve chamber 9 to enable the free play of the ball 7. Thus, the foremost tip 2 of the universally known mechanism with a transfer ball installed at the tip is inserted into the tip of the tip holder 3 and the rear end of the holder 3 is fitted into the tip of the ink containing tube 1, completing the manufacture of a cartridge A for a ball-point pen which is provided with the ink back-flow preventive mechanism. |
