PURPOSE:To obtain a lubricating oil compsn. improved in friction properties and abrasion resistance by incorporating a specific oxymolybdenum sulfide dithiocarbamate and benzylamine (boride) into a lubricating base oil. CONSTITUTION:This lubricating base oil is composed of a mineral oil having a dynamic viscosity at 100 deg.C of 3 to 20cSt and a synthetic oil is blended with 0.1-5wt.% oxymolybdenum sulfide dithiocarbamate having a 14C or higher component content of at least 30wt.% as a friction modifier and 1-8wt.% benzylamine (boride) as an ash-free dispersant, and, if necessary, 0.3-4wt.% metal cleaner, 0.2-3wt.% abrasion resistance improver, 0.5-35wt.% viscosity index improver, 0.05-2wt.% anti-oxidizing agent, etc. |
