<p>PURPOSE:To provide a surface treatment method for an optical material which permits formation of a thinner film, compared to prior art ones, on a surface of optical material with no pin holes accompanied. CONSTITUTION:A processing liquid prepared by dissolving amorphous perfluoro carbon in a solvent is coated an the surface of optical material, to be treated, by a dip coat or spin coat means. Then the optical material treated by coating is heated as required, for the solvent to be removed.</p> |
