PURPOSE:To provide an aqueous silicone emulsion composition which is excellent in storage stability and can form a peelable cured film excellent in durability by removal of water. CONSTITUTION:This composition consists of 100 pts.wt. organopolysiloxane containing SiO4/2 units or R<1>SiO3/2 units and having a content of a hydroxyl or alkoxy group attached to a silicon atom in the molecule of at least 0.1wt.%, 0-300 pts.wt. diorganopolysiloxane represented by the general formula HO(R<2>2 SiO)mH is a monovalent hydrocarbon group, and (m) is an integer of 2 or greater), 0.1-50 pts.wt. aminoxidized organosilicon compound represented by the general formula R<3>2NO(R<4>2SiO)nNR<3>2 (wherein R<3> and R<4> are each a monovalent hydrocarbon group, and (n) is an integer of 1 or greater), a surfactant, and water. |
