The truck includes a waste container (4) with an opening (46) at its upper extremity through which the materials for collection are deposited. Its rear extremity carries an output (47). A lifting system adjacent to the container can be controlled to allow material to be placed into the container. An upper closure mechanism (41) is positioned on the upper extremity of the container, covering the opening. A lateral closure mechanism (42) covers the outlet. A push plate mechanism (43) is positioned inside the container and located facing the outlet. USE/ADVANTAGE - For the collection of household waste. Allows waste to be collected more rapidly and reduces operator contact with waste materials.
