PURPOSE:To prevent a product failure from being generated in large quantities by executing quality control in a real time, and executing a quick feedback to a production equipment at the time when quality deterioration is generated, even in the case the production quantity is a large quantity. CONSTITUTION:A separate item quality deciding means 2 compares separate inspection data of a product received from a production equipment 1 with a reference value determined in advance at every inspection item, and executes a quality decision of a separate inspection item of the product. A separate item quality case number counting means 3 counts the number of cases of quality in a separate inspection item, based on a result of decision from the separate item quality deciding means. A separate item fraction defective calculating means 4 calculates a fraction defective of the separate inspection item in a lot unit, based on the number of cases of quality of the separate inspection item. A lot success/failure deciding means 5 compares the fraction defective of the separate inspection item with a reference value of the fraction defective determined in advance at every inspection item and executes a decision of success or failure of the lot, and sends out a production stop instructing signal to the production equipment 1 at the time when the lot is rejected. |
