PURPOSE:To provide a small prismatic solid feeding pipe having an approximate angular hole for controlling the position of solids dropped and fed through the pipe to the same position at the terminal part of the feeding pipe for feeding small prismatic or small angular plate solids, e.g. chip type resistors (chips) one by one from the chip hopper of an automatic chip mounting device to the chip loading hole of a jig panel (template). CONSTITUTION:The terminal part of a feeding pipe 1 for a small prismatic solid t having a circular hole 2 is provided with an approximate angular hole 2' formed of a surface 2a connected to part of the circular hole 2 and symmetrically formed of vertical flat surfaces 2b, 2b with slightly wider space than the vertical dimension of the solid t respectively. Declined surfaces 2c, 2c, downwardly declined to the central line of the feeding pipe 1 and simultaneously and downwardly declined toward the center are formed in inverted symmetry on a converting part from the circular hole 2 to the approximate angular hole 2', namely, a converted part from part of the circular hole 2 to the symmetric vertical flat surfaces 2b, 2b. |
