The pressure fins (18), flexibly mounted on the blades (15,16) serve for making machining points on the sheet metal components. Pref. the second blade (16), coacting with first one (15), has depressions (19) on points opposite the pressure fins on the first blade. At least one blade has a bevelled cutting edge (17) for a shearing effect in cooperation with the other blade. One of the two jaws (11,12) may have stops for precise positioning of the machined sheet metal components. The two jaws are movable towards each other against a spring force.
